“The Business Loan Investment Fund is a contributory investment fund established through Trust Deed. It is a non-registered managed investment scheme managed under an ASIC approved and issued AFSL.”

Structure

The Fund incorporates multiple Sub-funds which, in respect of income and liability, functions as individual, autonomous, ringfenced entities within the Fund. The financial success or failure of one Loan has no impact or bearing on any other loan vested within the Fund.”

As Unit Holders the Members "own" the fund, similar to how shareholders own a company

The Fund owns the sub-funds that own the Loans. Each loan is in a separate subfund as a means of isolating (ring-fence) the risk associated with the individual loans
